Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges 
Since our products are made to order we do not offer refunds. However, items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received.

Defects
From time-to-time, manufacturing faults can and do occur. 
If you think you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email customerservice@12apostlesapparel.com and include the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request 

  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. 

To start an exchange please contact us at customerservice@12apostlesapparel.com. Items sent back to us without first sending a request by email will be not be accepted. 

Items must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your item, and let you know if your exchange has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive a replacement.
